By car

Coming from North:
from the Autobahn A1 or A61, then exit 45-Rheinböllen onto B50 direction Trier/Simmern/Flughafen Hahn. Drive B50/B327 until exit Hinzerath, then continue direction Kempfeld/Idar-Oberstein. In Idar-Oberstein continue on Mainzer Strasse until corner of Pappelstrasse, turn left and you are in front of the hotel.

Coming from East:
A66/A60 till Bad Kreuznach, then onto B41 until Idar-Oberstein. In Idar-Oberstein you turn at the 4th redlight right, direction Bernkastel. Stay on Hauptstrasse, go straight through the first circle, take the second exit at the next circle and you will see the hotel on your left.

Coming from South:
A6/A62 until exit 5 Freisen, continue direction Baumholder and Idar-Oberstein. In Idar-Oberstein turn left at the first redlight direction Bernkastel. Stay on Hauptstrasse, go straight through the first circle, take the second exit at the next circle and you will see the hotel on your left.

Coming from West:
A1/A62 until exit 4- Birkenfeld, continue on B41 direction Idar-Oberstein. In Idar-Oberstein turn left at the first redlight, direction Bernkastel. Stay on Hauptstrasse, go straight through the first circle, take the second exit at the next circle and you will see the hotel on your left.

By train

From Mainz to Saarbrücken, trains for Idar-Oberstein depart on an hourly basis. With modern express trains you can reach us from all European metropoles fast and comfortable.

By air

We are located a little more than one hour by cartrip from the International airports Frankfurt /Main (east from us) or Luxemburg and Saarbrücken (west from Idar-Oberstein). The growing airport Frankfurt/Hahn with technical conditions for airline -, charter- or private travel is at a distance of approx. 30 km.
